Tiara South is an upmarket property development in Semenyih that is inspired by nature. This development of quality is exclusively dedicated to the upmarket with its emphasis on living with nature, emphasising an organic approach to design based on the natural contours of the land. As stated by the developer, the primary thought behind Tiara South is to create a green community for those who prefer an environment of nature with a taste for quality building concepts.

Tiara South will be a development that comprises of 3-storey linked homes, terraces units and an apartment block. There will be three phases to the development which will be carried out in stages. Phase One of the development consists of 3-storey linked homes, with three different types of layouts where spaciousness is a widely-used concept in this development. These homes in will come with a minimum price of RM1,030,000 and have a range of layouts between 2,564 sf and 2,749 sf. Density will be very low, with a total land area of 30 acres housing only 250 units of homes.

Within Tiara South itself there will be in-house and outdoor facilities. A good majority of the facilities will be located at the Garden Club which will house an infinity pool on the highest floor of the clubhouse. There will be a Gazebo for a time of peace and quiet, fronting a small pond. The Leisure Park which will hold the children’s playground will be situated behind the homes, where in lieu of looking out the back windows of the house into a backlane, residents will instead be ably to enjoy views of the meandering Linear Park behind the homes that will eventually lead to the Central Park.

Although located in a seemingly backwater location, Tiara South is well located to many highways. The highways closest to home is the Kajang-Seremban Highway (LEKAS), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK), Kuala Lumpur-Seremban Highway and Grand Saga Highway that connects residents convenient to Cheras and Kajang.

Amenities are also aplenty and are located nearby the area, with the Tesco hypermarket with a stone’s throw of a distance, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN) and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) are also a short distance away. With the city limits expanding as land grows scarce in the city, developments such as Tiara South reap the most profit in the market for their strategic location and lifestyle of grandeur.
