O'Hako is a new high rise property development by a Japanese company that is located in the heart of Puchong that is yet at the same time quietly hidden from the hustle and bustle of city life. O’Hako which means ‘Box of Surprises’ in Japanese, is a reflection of the development that is meant to be a wonder of beauty for buyers of this development.
Situated on elevated land, residents will have the option of choosing between three different views from their units - forest reserve, pool, or river views. Every view will be filled with nature.
O’Hako is well-supplied with plenty of splendid facilities that residents will be able to utilise at their convenience. Being located in the hills of Puchong, every facility at O’Hako is nature-themed. There will be a river view garden which will take advantage of the natural terrain of the area, a tea pavilion for a relaxing evening in the outdoors and a treehouse.
As Marimo Japan’s first foray into the Malaysian property market, O’Hako is also said to be a home that was designed to be good enough for even the President of Marimo Japan’s family. As such, some of the more unusual facilities at O’Hako are a beautiful delight to the senses. Youngsters will enjoy traipsing around the Treasure Island of O’Hako, and the floating wedding stage with a flower arch pavilion and festival stage is the pride of O’Hako.
There are also public amenities and highways located just minutes away from the development. Residents of O’Hako will enjoy convenient access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). Kuchai Lama is only twenty minutes away from O'Hako, where from there residents can get to the Maju Expressway (MEX), New Pantai Expressway (NPE) and Federal Highway.
The only downside to living at O'Hako is the fact that it shares the same sole access road of Jalan Pipit as four other existing condominiums in the area. This access road is terrifyingly congested in the mornings as thousands of residents struggle to navigate the road to get to work on time.
