EVO Soho Suites is a pioneer SoHo-based project in Bangi in a joint venture between two developers. Built as part of an extension of the Sentral @ Bangi project, EVO Soho Suites offers convenient bite-sized units to satisfy each individual’s modern lifestyle needs.

EVO Soho Suites is a convenient home for bachelors with its small but spacious homes. It was very well received upon its launch with the majority of its units being sold within months of its launch. The attraction of EVO Soho Suites is that it is part of a mixed development and is the first of its kind development in the neighbourhood of Bangi.

Aside from being the most high end development to be built in Bangi as of 2015, EVO Soho Suites is strategically positioned above the EVO Shopping Centre which will provide future residents with convenient access to all amenities and other recreational facilities apart from what is being offered by the Suites.

The smallest unit of 454 sf is not really remarkable, but the corner units which consist of duplex units are very spaciously sized at 1,217 sf and 1,352 sf. These homes are not just suitable for being a home but can also be easily used as an office with partitioned off areas acting as a home.

Conveniently situated to the town centre of Bangi, residents of EVO Soho Suites will enjoy favourable access to amenities. Located within metres of EVO Soho Suites is a McDonald’s drive-thru and within the area is a HSBC Amanah bank.

Traffic in Bangi is still relatively light despite the increase in population density, except during rush hour and on holidays. The traffic is further eased by the many roundabouts in Bangi in order to provide greater accessibility and connectivity.
