Kota Semarak or Semarak City is a new development strategically located along Jalan Semarak (now Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra) in Kuala Lumpur. The project is situated near the Air Panas Recreation Park and Air Panas Retention Lake, consisting of three development phases which include living quarters, business and trade, and a shopping mall with wide open spaces complemented with a large park for recreational activities.

Built on 27 acres of prime land, Kota Semarak is set to transform the neighbouring community as well as make a mark in the district skyline. It will be delivered over three phases. Its residential component takes the form of serviced apartments, cocooned in greenery housed in three towers directly above the mall.

Kota Semarak enjoys easy accessibility to and from the DUKE Highway and is only a short drive away from the Kuala Lumpur city centre (KLCC). This convenient access route will be further enhanced with plans to widen the roads to 6 lanes. To promote a healthy and active lifestyle, there will be a whopping 5-acre big facility deck housing the gymnasium, children’s play area, infinity pool, barbecue deck, floating lounge and futsal court.

Other than the DUKE Highway, Kota Semarak also enjoys great accessibility to Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH) and Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2). Nearby amenities include Alpha Angle Shopping Centre, Festival City Mall and Columbia Asia Hospital.
