By utilising these roads, getting to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre will take only 15 minutes and Petaling Jaya will be less than half an hour away. The Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) will be less than an hour away.

Q Suite @ Queensville is very affordably priced perhaps due to its rather congested location within Cheras. The homes here are priced between RM350,000 and RM550,500, attracting many home buyers and home upgraders. Completed in 2016, Q Suite @ Queensville is expected to be a huge success.
