SK One Residence is the latest project development by a member of Malton Berhad in Seri Kembangan. The property’s actual location is at Pusat Perdagangan Seri Kembangan which contains a mixed bag of surprises consisting of housing and business units. Surrounding the area are a number of triple-storey shop offices with several newer developments nearby such as Jia Residences, Olive Hill Business Park and Bayan Villa @ Bukit Ikhlas.
