There are also other highways available in the area within the vicinity of Old Klang Road. There is the Maju Expressway (MEX), North-South Highway and New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) at Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, while if travelling to Petaling Jaya via the Federal Highway residents will also have access to the New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

By utilising these highways, getting to the Kuala Lumpur City Centre will take only 20 minutes, while Petaling Jaya is only 10 minutes away with Bandar Sunway slightly further at approximately 15 minutes. Other areas such as Mont Kiara and Damansara are almost equally as near.

The homes at Residency V are clearly not meant for families as indicated with their small sizes. There are five different layouts to choose from at Residency V ranging between 645 sf and 909 sf. Priced at between RM641,200 and RM1,691,200, the homes offered at Residency V have either only one or two bedrooms. These homes are mostly skewed to bachelors and investors with their smaller and easier to rent out sizes.

Residency V provides a complete recreational experience for residents within its deluxe tower designed with excellence in architecture for the perfect balance of aesthetics, function and affordability. There is a complete range of facilities to enjoy leisure time at with the omni court, water play area and landscaped gardens amongst the many facilities offered.

However, as Old Klang Road is already a busy and congested area, residents will have to contend with traffic especially during rush hours.

Been staying here for nearly a year and all I have to say is..
It shouldn't be called "Serviced Residence", they should call it "Expensive Flat".
With the amount of money you're paying every month, here are the pros & cons:

1. Everything looks beautiful
YES I mean they just look beautiful ONLY.
2. Facilities
Gym is fine, nice sky garden, pool is fine.
3. Nearby Pearl Point & Jaya Grocer
But if your unit is facing Pearl Suria, be ready to be annoyed by the karaoke & live band everyday 5pm-2am from the two bars in Pearl Shopping Gallery.
1. Lift Problem
They have 3 lifts here, but at least 1 lift will break down every month, yes I mean every month, and the other 2 are not working well too, it's slow and not moving sometimes. It's all made in China, that's why. They don't get it fixed immediately and sometimes it's left with one small lift for the whole week.
2. Terrible soundproof.
Due to the super old school wooden flooring and hollow ceiling, I mean come on, who still uses this kind of flooring? I've stayed in more than 10 different condos in KL and so far this place is the worst. This area is actually very quiet, if only your unit is facing KL side. That's why you can hear everything that your upstairs neighbor is doing all day, walking, closing the door, washing their hands, dragging the chair and even dropping something like a pen on the floor! Good luck if you have some uncivilized inconsiderate neighbor above you, who likes to slam the door and move furniture around even after midnight. It can be really bothering! We have made several complaints to the management for many times, unfortunately the management can't do anything.
3. Stupid parking lot. They divided each floor to half, so in total they have 8 semi-floors of parking lot. Let's say if your parking lot is on the 4A floor, but you're actually on the "8th" floor, which means you have to make at least 7 rounds going up and down everytime you go out with your car, which is really stupid and a waste of time.
4. The water heater is not working well, the water pressure of the whole building sucks, hot water is only available on and off. The drain system of the bathroom is really bad-maintained, it smells and many tenants have been complaining about the issue with cockroaches around their unit.
5. Where they located all the power switches is sooooo OFF, nothing is convenient.
6. The Electronic Stove & The Dustbin
Only certain pans with magnet is supported for this "special stove", so be prepared to spend money on buying new frying pans!
Apparently they have this "built in dustbin" in the kitchen cabinet but it will be broken in no time.
7. Living in an oven
Intermediate units are hot and stuffy like an oven!
Lastly, if you're planning to move in here, think again!
I can't wait for my contract to finish and get the hell out of here!
