Phase 6A is another one of the many phases located within the famed planned township of Taman Putra Prima. It is housing development of large, beautiful and spacious terrace homes built in the suburbs of Puchong South, which aims to deliver a refreshing concept with a lush green environment. Phase 6A is carefully planned with wide open spaces for comfort living while at the same time, designing modern and contemporary homes with spaciousness in mind to lend a touch of class.

As one of the many phases that is targeted towards the upmarket with its larger built-ups and better designs, Phase 6A will feature homes that are sized from 2,505 sf onwards. These homes that range up to approximately 3,730 sf all come with either three bedrooms or five bedroom, ideal for larger families.

The homes are however quite steeply priced at between RM839,300 and RM2,011,200. The density of living within Taman Putra Prima is low with about only six homes to an acre, and Phase 6A is no different with only 105 units of homes in this small and exclusive neighbourhood.

There is the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and the Jalan Puchong interchange link.

With these highways, getting to the Kuala Lumpur city centre, Bandar Sunway or Petaling Jaya will take only approximately half an hour in clear traffic. With the convenient accessibility that Taman Putra Prima enjoys, the homes here homes are ideal for both buyers and investors due to its excellent connectivity and convenience.
