Bukit Sentosa 1 is a housing development located in Bukit Beruntung, which is very much untenanted due to its bad location. Built in a township that was planned by a developer that was blacklisted, the houses here carry no value in the market. The value of property in this area is so low that a party who bought a property on auction in this area in the year 2012 was unable to obtain a bank loan at all, as no bank was willing to finance a loan for a house in Bukit Beruntung. This town is however said to be gradually developing again, with more businesses opening in the area, creating a livelier atmosphere.
