X2 Residency is a new and upcoming condominium located in Puchong which emphasises on space, hence its name of X2 and their taglines of Space x2. Despite its large sizes and built-ups, the homes at X2 Residency come at very affordable prices. The verdict is that prices of the homes here are priced on the low side due to its location rather deep within Puchong. Response to X2 Residency is however very good despite its location, as the developers were offering very attractive packages inclusive of Interior Designing.
