BSP 21 is an award-winning serviced residence positioned on more than 21 acres of leasehold land in Bandar Saujana Putra. Launched in 2015 and expected to be completed by December 2018, the property is the second high-rise development in its township. It consists of 10 towers of either 18 or 27 storeys, with more than 200 units per tower on average.

The serviced residence’s units are designed with well-thought-out fittings and finishes, such as hardy ceramic tiles for the floors in all the main areas. The many layouts of BSP 21’s residential units cater for different requirements and categories of dwellers. For example, the 1,102 sf Type A4 with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is well-suited for a young growing family.

Type A2, with a built-up area of 610 sf, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, is the ideal size for working professionals living on their own, while the 1,359 sf Type D, with its 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two of them en-suites) and an additional utility room, is a good size for extended families or several generations living in the same home.

Facilities are where BSP 21 really shines. A 3-tier security system involving the car park, lifts and podium lobby gives residents peace of mind regarding their own safety and that of their children. Additionally, keeping in proportion to the property’s large size, about 8 acres of the property are allocated to more than 70 facilities that are likely to impress even the most hard-to-please residents.

The facilities vary from the basics like swimming pools (5 of them), gymnasiums, 2.7km of jogging and cycling tracks, playgrounds, sports courts, yoga decks and cafes – to more extraordinary facilities like an amphitheatre garden, kids’ putting green, rock climbing wall, roller skate rink and tree house pavilion, to name a few.

While Bandar Saujana Putra has a Jenjarom postcode, it is in fact nearer to areas like Putra Heights, Puchong, Kota Kemuning and Cyberjaya. Public transportation is not easy to come by, but for those who own their own transport, the development has good connections to as many as five highways including the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), which can result in traffic jams from cars passing through the locale.

Nevertheless, with its proximity to urban amenities and educational institutions like the Saujana Putra campus of MAHSA University, and considering the variety of facilities in BSP 21, the serviced residence definitely deserves a second look, especially if the surrounding traffic issues can be managed and reduced.
