Facilities is where BSP 21 really shines. A 3-tier security system involving the car park, lifts and podium lobby gives residents peace of mind regarding their own safety and that of their children. Additionally, keeping in proportion to the property’s large size, about 8 acres of the property are allocated to more than 70 facilities that are likely to impress even the most hard-to-please residents.

While Bandar Saujana Putra has a Jenjarom postcode, it is in fact nearer to areas like Putra Heights, Puchong, Kota Kemuning, and Cyberjaya.

BSP 21 is easily accessible and enjoys excellent connectivity to several areas in the Klang Valley via five highways including the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), Konsortium Expressway Shah Alam Selangor (KESAS) as well as the Damansara Puchong Expressway (LDP).

To those relying on public transport, the Light Rail Transit (LRT) station in Putra Heights located approximately a 10-minute drive away from BSP 21. The said station is an interchange station and depot.

The station is part of the Prasarana rail extension for both Kelana Jaya and Sri Petaling train lines which joined both lines at this station. The station opened its doors to the public on June 2016, along with 25 other stations in the extension plan.

Nevertheless, with its proximity to urban amenities and educational institutions like the Saujana Putra campus of MAHSA University, and considering the variety of facilities in BSP 21, the serviced residence definitely deserves a second look, especially if the surrounding traffic issues can be managed and reduced significantly.

It's a very nice place to stay with convenient facilities nearby.
The only issue is the traffic light to the toll. If this issue were fixed, then it's the most perfect place to stay.

Strategic location with a lot of facilities available here. Mcdonalds, Petrol Station, 99 Speedmart, Eco Shop, Mr.DIY and groceries shops all within walking distance from BSP 21. This development should be a good choice for rental or buying.
