Arte Mont Kiara is set to be another futuristically designed serviced residence located within the upscale neighbourhood of Dutamas. It is a work of art in progress, set within the 75.5-acre mixed development of KL Metropolis. Arte Mont Kiara is a project that will span 3.25 acres of land, and tout an outrageous theme of olden day French and modern contemporariness.

Econpile Holdings which is one of the best in its industry will handle the piling and related works for Arte Mont Kiara with an RM95.5 million contract, while the architectural side will be handled by Sparks Architecture, the award-winning firm which built and created Clarke Quay, Singapore.

Built on commercial titled leasehold land, Arte Mont Kiara is a development that mainly touts bite-sized units with a total of 1692 units. The homes here will range between 440 sf and 1,100 sf, housed within three towers. Tower 2 of the development will also host a hotel from the 20th floor onwards.

Tower 1 will stand at 35 storeys tall with simplex and duplex serviced suites, Tower 2 at 52 storeys with the hotel, duplex residences and and simplex serviced suites while Tower 3 will stand at 36 storeys tall and house simplex serviced suites and duplex serviced suites and serviced residences.

The planning of Arte Mont Kiara is clearly skewed towards short and long term renters of KL Metropolis’s offices and exhibition centre, the MATRADE HQ which will be the largest exhibition centre in South East Asia upon its completion. Even now in Q1 2016 in the midst of its construction, it is said that there is already a 2-year booking on the exhibition centre. The MRT Line 3 is confirmed to have a stop in KL Metropolis already, and the entire KL Metropolis is targeted to be completed by 2025.

Located within a short drive from numerous top international schools, Arte Mont Kiara is also noted to be home to expatriates. The shopping malls in this area are dedicated to expats, and the connectivity and accessibility to Arte Mont Kiara is excellent with the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), Sprint Highway, Penchala Link and DUKE Highway within the vicinity. Arte Mont Kiara is located almost literally behind Publika and within a stone’s throw from Solaris Mont Kiara.
