Ridzuan Condominium is a development located in Bandar Sunway where its residents were mostly students studying at Taylor’s University until the campus was relocated to a bigger area in 2010. Within its first year upon completion, it was then considered to be a high-end development before the property boom in the area.

Traffic congestion around the area is always bad during peak hours and one can get caught in a standstill on the NPE, LDP, and Federal Highway. Parking is also an issue due to the limited number of parking bays provided by the condominium, which results in drivers parking their cars at the roadside which contributes to the traffic gridlock.

set a limit of visiting hours. How can this happens. It is such unreasonable. The new security guard is the worst with the new manager always set many restriction which is unlawful especially holding someone identity card. This is un acceptable within the malaysian law.
