U12 is one of the newer sections in the vast city of Shah Alam. It is a very large area which still stands rather empty to date, comprising mainly of empty land and housing developments. The sole shopping mall closest to this area is the Space U8 shopping mall 20 minutes away which leaves much to be desired. The area is however pleasantly quiet for families looking for a quiet neighbourhood.
