The Mark is a mixed development located within the hills of Cheras in Bukit Segar. It was developed on one of the last remaining lands of the hills, with there being no space for further development. It is neighbour to both low cost apartments as well as high end landed properties, amongst which are Canary Gardens. Access to this area is convenient, albeit congested during peak hours. There is however a RapidKL bus which passes by the apartment every half an hour or so, of which the bus will also pass by the two upcoming MRT stations nearby.
