Description

Novum is an exciting development that is due to carve its presence into the skylines of Kuala Lumpur. Located within the renamed Kampung Kerinchi, Novum is situated in Bangsar South and is strategically located between the cities of Petaling Jaya and Kuala Lumpur.

The key selling point to Novum is its connectivity to all highways and its city lifestyle whilst languishing within a peacefully quiet home. The city centre of Petaling Jaya and PJ New Town otherwise known as PJ State is only 10 minutes away, while the Kuala Lumpur city centre is literally only 15 minutes away in clear traffic.

The network of highways that future residents of Novum will have access to are fantastic. Literally just outside the condominium directly connected by a new access road will be the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) from where residents have direct connectivity to the SPRINT Highway, while down the other side is the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP) and New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

The Federal Highway is located literally beside Novum, where heading towards the Kuala Lumpur direction can bring residents to either the SMART Tunnel or the Seremban Highway where there will be a direct access route to the Maju Expressway (MEX). As such, Cyberjaya, Putrajaya and the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) are less than an hour away from Novum.

Public transportation is also a gem at Novum with the Universiti LRT Station a few hundred metres up the road. Closer to Pantai Sentral Park there will be the upcoming LRT Line 3, while the closest one to home will be the Kerinchi LRT Station at literally 400 metres away from the doors of Novum. All residents have to do will be to walk to the pedestrian bridge metres from their door, cross the Federal Highway and they will be at the station.

Residents of Novum will live a true city life with their proximity to numerous shopping malls. Closest to them is the neighbourhood mall Nexus in Bangsar South which mainly offers fine dining from all nationalities, bars and a supermarket. Almost opposite them will be the Sphere which is an open air shopping mall. For a more exciting shopping experience, Novum is only between 5 and 10 minutes away from Mid Valley Megamall depending on whether the traffic lights are red or green; but perhaps about an hour away in really bad traffic during peak hours.

Novum was built targeted towards hip and technologically inclined buyers. Already made and running in beta stage is a phone app that will run across all mobile phone operating systems whereby residents can pay their bills, maintenance fees or book a facility that requires reservation all without living the comforts of home.

Of the facilities in Novum that are outstanding is the Chef’s Kitchen where there is a kitchen attached to a banquet room. This facility is open for reservation, where all the resident needs to do is hire their own chef and call their friends and family over for dinner. This way, they get to show off their home without dirtying their unit. Another feature worthy of mention is the Business Centre which will feature proper meeting rooms with proper facilities such as a whiteboard and perhaps a projector but this is as yet unconfirmed.

Novum will tout iconic designs with variously sized units, where some units will have balconies and others do not. This will give its exterior a unique facade. The units will come only partially furnished, but the furnishings that will be provided are of the highest quality. The taps and shower in the bathrooms are of Hans Grohe brand, which those with a taste for quality will appreciate.

Another thing to note is that while there are three different blocks, Block A and Block C will have their own personal Sky Garden, while B which is the shortest tower in the middle will have no garden nor access to the other towers' Sky Gardens.
