Budiman Business Park is a low density industrial area located in the vicinity of Bandar Sungai Long. This area is easily accessible via the Jalan Sungai Long, which easily links to SILK highway within few minutes of drive. Designated for industrial purposes, there are widened roads in the business park, while each unit has an individual lift and heightened ceiling. Safety-wise, each unit will also have a designated guard house.
