Lumi Tropicana is a prime new development located in the prestigious township of Tropicana Golf & Country Club. There will be an enchilada of hospitality services provided at Lumi Tropicana, amongst them a 12-hour concierge at the reception area and bellboy services. Room cleaning services are also available as is room service where food can be ordered from the restaurants downstairs.
Every unit at Lumi Tropicana will come almost ready to move in. The kitchens will be fully equipped with built-in kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, hood and hob, an oven and even a washer cum dryer. The bathrooms will equipped with shower screen, a rain shower and vanity top. The largest unit at Lumi Tropicana will also come with a bathtub cum Jacuzzi which overlook the landscapes of Tropicana.
The price of owning a home at Lumi Tropicana while slightly lower in terms of price psf as compared to nearby developments within the Tropicana neighbourhood is still not negligible despite the overwhelming sales. Prices of this development starts from RM600,000 for the smallest unit of 452 sf which were sold out less than three days after its launch. Sales of Lumi Tropicana is expected to continue being as good for its future launches.
