Lumi Tropicana is a prime new development located in the prestigious township of Tropicana Golf & Country Club. Launched in December 2015, Lumi Tropicana enjoyed an 80% take-up rate on the day of its launch itself.

Lumi Tropicana is a development that incorporates work, live and play into its project. There will be three towers to this project named Play, Action and Wellness, with each block themed after its name. The Action Tower is the one which will carry all the fitness facilities such as the table tennis room, squash room, darts room, function room and foosball area.

The Play Tower will be the kid’s fun area with the Kid’s Jungle Gym, music room and theatre while the Wellness tower is the tower of relaxation with a self-spa, steam and sauna room, gymnasium and yoga and pilates area. All three towers are connected via an airborne infinity pool that will be 40 metres longer than the one at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore.

There will be an enchilada of hospitality services provided at Lumi Tropicana, amongst them a 12-hour concierge at the reception area and bellboy services. Room cleaning services are also available as is room service where food can be ordered from the restaurants downstairs.

Every unit at Lumi Tropicana will come almost ready to move in. The kitchens will be fully equipped with built-in kitchen cabinets, refrigerator, hood and hob, an oven and even a washer cum dryer. The bathrooms will equipped with shower screen, a rain shower and vanity top. The largest unit at Lumi Tropicana will also come with a bathtub cum Jacuzzi which overlook the landscapes of Tropicana.

The price of owning a home at Lumi Tropicana while slightly lower in terms of price psf as compared to nearby developments within the Tropicana neighbourhood is still not negligible despite the overwhelming sales. Prices of this development starts from RM600,000 for the smallest unit of 452 sf which were sold out less than three days after its launch. Sales of Lumi Tropicana is expected to continue being as good for its future launches.
