The Nest is new and upcoming development that is to be located in Setapak, and is not to be mistaken with The Nest Residences in Old Klang Road. The Nest is a prime leasehold development of commercial title. It is a product of Sierra Cube, and is expected to be completed by the middle of 2018.

The Nest will is a development of moderate density that will boast a total of three blocks. Block A will stand the tallest at 30 storeys, while Block B will stand 25 storeys tall and Block C at 21 storeys. All three blocks will house a total of 330 units of homes.

Buyers will have a choice of eight different types of layouts to choose f rom, ranging between 855 sf and 1,517 sf, housing between 2+1 and 4+1 bedrooms. These homes that are priced from RM472,000 come with between one and three parking lots depending on the size of the unit.

The facilities that are provided at The Nest are catered to all age groups which children in particular will love what is in store for them. There will be a covered kiddies play station for toddlers, while the older ones will get to enjoy the kids pool which comes with water curtains and wet apparatuses.

Adults on the other hand will enjoy the Sky Garden which will come with water features, where the barbecue area is located as well. There will also be a sky pool, floating gazebos and a herbs garden which is dedicated to the relaxation of adults.

Residents of The Nest will be within proximity to all forms of amenities whether it be entertainment spots or education institutions. Within a 2 kilometre radius of The Nest there is the Festival City Mall and Wangsa Walk Mall, while within a stone’s throw is the Tawakal Medical Centre and Columbia Asia Medical Centre. Also within the vicinity is the Tunku Abdul Rahman (TAR) University College.

Accessibility to The Nest is easy via the main road of Jalan Genting Klang. The main highways closest to the development is the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) and the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE) that will provide residents convenient access to both the Kuala Lumpur city and Petaling Jaya.
