Tiara Imperio is the upcoming residential tower in Bangi that is much anticipated by locals and home buyers for its central location, beautiful architecture and affordability in the neighbourhood. It will be one of the developer’s crowning projects with its excellence in sophistication and proximity to all amenities. Tiara Imperio will be a mixed development of SoHo tower, hotel, convention hall and retail outlets. The SoHo development will be a separate entity, connected by a pedestrian bridge to the other three components.
Tiara Imperio will be situated on 5.1 acres of prime land, strategically located between Kajang, Bangi and Semenyih. Residents will enjoy convenient accessibility to these three townships with Bangi situated approximately 5 minutes away and the upcoming town of Kajang at about 10 minutes. Getting to the government seat of Putrajaya will take less than half an hour.
The main feature of Tiara Imperio will be its SoHo development which will be protected under the Housing Development Act (HDA) and will come with a full range of lifestyle facilities. Of the many facilities of indulgence is a 40-metre lap pool complemented by a poolside fitness pavilion and a hammock garden, while the social plaza, multipurpose hall and chess corner cater to social activities. Security will also be tight at Tiara Imperio with its smart card access system, 24-hour guard patrol and CCTV surveillance.
The SoHo development at Tiara Imperio will be sized between 450 sf and 638 sf and will start selling from RM260,000 onwards. Although considered to be affordable by Kuala Lumpur city standards, it is slightly pricey for the Bangi neighbourhood. The developers are however banking on the fact that Tiara Imperio will be a good rental venue in the future with National University of Malaysia (UKM) and German-Malaysian Institute (GMI) located within a stone’s throw of the development.
Residents of Tiara Imperio will enjoy good accessibility to the North-South Expressway (PLUS) and the Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS) highway. With these highways, getting to the Kuala Lumpur city centre will take only 30 minutes. Public transportation via the KTM train is also convenient with the UKM KTM station situated a 2-minute drive away.
