Lavender Residence is amongst some of the anticipated homes in the suburbs of Selangor that is highly desirable to the middle income bracket. Suitable also as a investment investment with its proximity to University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), these homes are ensconced within nature in a quiet part of town. Lavender Residence is a rather family oriented home that is ideal for the middle income bracket. Although some may deem Lavender Residence’s location to be rather far out from town, residents will actually have rather easy access to three MRT station in town, the Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS), East-West Link (Connaught Highway), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK) and Cheras-Kajang Highway. The East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) which is under construction is also close to Lavender Residence. With UTAR located 800 metres down the road and AEON Mahkota Cheras 10 minutes away, Lavender Residence also makes for a great investment.
