Although some may deem Lavender Residence’s location to be rather far out from town, residents will actually have rather easy access to three MRT station in town, the Kajang–Seremban Highway (LEKAS), East-West Link (Connaught Highway), Kajang Dispersal Link Expressway (SILK) and Cheras-Kajang Highway. The East Klang Valley Expressway (EKVE) which is under construction is also close to Lavender Residence. With UTAR located 800 metres down the road and AEON Mahkota Cheras 10 minutes away, Lavender Residence also makes for a great investment.
