One Residences is another excellent product from the established developers of Akisama Group. Backed by an excellent portfolio of both residential and commercial developments in the Klang Valley, the Akisama Group is known for their projects of good location and their ability to deliver their projects on time, resulting in many of their developments being sold out before even its launch. One Residences is another one of their developments which is expected to follow in the footsteps of its predecessors.

Centrally located in the neighbourhood of Sungai Besi, One Residences is a development of serviced apartments that sit on commercial title leasehold land. Spanning 3.35 acres of land, One Residences was launched in March 2015. One Residences will consist of two blocks, both of them standing 35 storeys tall and housing a total of 684 units. There will be a total of three different layouts ranging between 888 sf and 1,273 sf with either two or three bedrooms. With One Residences expected to be completed by January 2019, 60% of the development was sold by January 2016.

All the homes at One Residences will come partially furnished with all the necessities. The bathrooms will be fully equipped with sanitary ware, shower screens and water heaters, while the living room and bedrooms will be equipped with air-conditioners.

The kitchen will be fully furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets, hood and hob, with a microwave oven and washing machine. With an eye towards design, selected areas of the homes at One Residences will also come with beautiful plaster ceiling designs, eliminating the need for renovation upon its completion. Every unit will also come with an LCD Smart Visual Intercom handset for residents to screen guests at the guardhouse itself.

Built to indulge its residents, One Residences comes with a full set of facilities inclusive of an adult pool and children’s pool. There will also be a nursery for toddlers, a saloon, mini market and multipurpose hall. A cafeteria will also be available on the grounds of One Residences, as will a launderette. Beautifully designed to cater to the typical family, One Residences is many buyers’ idea of the perfect home. An added privilege to buyers of One Residences is the free 2-year maintenance fee upon completion concession that comes with the sales package.
