Pavilion Suites is another prestigious project by the Pavilion Group. This serviced residence is located right in the heart of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and is seamlessly connected with Pavilion Kuala Lumpur. Being situated in the most prized shopping and entertainment district in KL, the development is set to create a new benchmark of couture living in Malaysia.

Pavilion Suites is a relatively low density development with a total of only 383 total units housed within a single tower of 51 floors. There will however only be 38 floors housing the apartment units while the others will be dedicated to retail space, parking lots and the facilities floors.

Built on 1.3 acres of commercial and leasehold land, Pavilion Suites is steeply priced at a minimum launching price of RM2,068,000. The units here are sized between 718 sf to 1,254 sf. Although heftily priced at around RM4,000 per sf, 307 units were snapped up within 6 months during the preview stage.
