The Holmes is an exclusive new development located within the thriving township of Bandar Tun Razak in Cheras. It is a condominium of moderate proportions with a unique design of an L-shaped tower block, and is desirable for its family oriented homes. As part of the affordable homes program, this leasehold titled development was fully booked on the day of its preview before even the launch.

The Holmes is a home that was designed to be of moderate density that is being developed by Aset Kayamas a subsidiary of the Maxims Circle Development Group. The standard units of The Holmes are all sized at a generous 1,018 sf and come with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Every unit also comes with two complementary parking lots. The launch price of The Holmes was an exciting RM395,000 only, with a price increment of RM1,000 per floor.

The facilities of The Holmes are located on the eighth floor of the development. As an affordable development, The Holmes will come with only a limited number of facilities. In terms of public transportation, the new Bandar Tun Razak LRT station will be within a mere 3 kilometres of The Holmes. Amenities such as the Tesco Extra of Cheras is also located a stone’s throw away from The Holmes.

With The Holmes’s advantageous selling price which makes it much cheaper than its surrounding developments, The Holmes was fully booked within five hours of the preview as buyers of The Holmes expect to make good returns on this project in the coming years.
