Damai Residence is another prestigious development from the renowned luxury property developer of Tan & Tan Developments Berhad. It sits on the borders of the Kuala Lumpur city centre enjoying a slightly quieter environment, and is yet within proximity to the crux of the city. Damai Residence will offer the usual grace and elegance that is atypical of the developer, providing luxuriously rare spacious homes in the city within a charming neighbourhood.

Damai Residence will be a very exclusive development of extremely low density. Consisting of only one tower, Damai Residence will stand 20 storeys tall and house only 31 units. The homes that are offered will range between 1,938 sf and 3,961 sf, with a total of four different types of layouts for the standard units and one layout type for the penthouse. There will be a total of 30 standard units, all of which come with 3+1 bedrooms and two parking lots, while the lone penthouse comes with 6+1 bedrooms and three parking lots.

There will be a total of only two units to a floor at Damai Residence. Privacy is a guarantee, as each unit will have its own exclusive lift lobby. Mirroring each other, the units will share no walls; making living at Damai Residence akin to living in a bungalow in the sky.

Launched in December 2014, Damai Residence is a contemporary and minimalistic development which will take advantage of its surroundings by incorporating floor to ceiling balcony doors and windows which will allow in much natural lighting and ventilation. All the units at Damai Residence will be semi-furnished with built-in kitchen cabinets, hood and hob and oven. Air-conditioning is also provided in the bedrooms and living room, and the bathrooms are fully fitted.

Damai Residence is built on a mere 0.5 acres of land. The main selling point of this development is its prime location and the developer’s reputation, as there will be no facilities offered at Damai Residence except for some exercise facilities due to the lack of space. The homes start from Level 4 of the building, while the below floors cater to the parking lots.
