EkoTitiwangsa is a new and upcoming serviced residence that is to introduce a new standard of luxury living in the neighbourhood of Titiwangsa. Situated in a quieter part of town, EkoTitiwangsa will be located next to the proposed 1Malaysia Park and River of Life that is in actuality Sungai Gombak, which the government is beautifying in an initiative to improve the landscapes of the area. Other public amenities such as schools, hospitals and banks are also within the vicinity. The combination of EkoTitiwangsa’s excellent location and affordable prices has attracted many homebuyers to this development.
