GenKL is the new high rise that is crowding into the already congested landscapes of Kuchai Lama, plunked in the midst of landed properties. It is a residential area that is easily accessible via Jalan Kuchai Lama, situated on elevated land. If nothing else, GenKL enjoys an environment of quiet serenity. GenKL is the product of CapitaLand and the Juta Asia Group of Companies.

GenKL was designed to be a family-oriented development from the get go with its spaciousness and quiet environment. Depicted to be a home that is dedicated to family lifestyle activities, this outstanding high rise will be beautifully landscaped within its grounds to feature nature in all its glory.

GenKL is also a development that is catered to long time residents of the area who wish to upgrade their homes. With many of the buyers expected to be Chinese, the feng shui of GenKL was also taken into consideration. Situated at the top of the hill, GenKL is said to tap into the positive Qi flow of the environment to ‘grow and protect the wealth and financial opportunities of residents’ who live in GenKL.

Getting to the Kuala Lumpur city centre will take only 20 minutes in clear traffic.

miserably. The sanitary fittings, kitchen fittings and laminated flooring are all not what we expect of a premium product. It is premium and the most expensive property psqft in Kuchai Lama (at the time of posting).
