Biji Living is a new high rise development that is to be built in Section 17 of Petaling Jaya. The neighbourhood is an established area of landed properties, consisting primarily of single and double storey terrace homes. Biji Living is being built within the small commercial area of Section 17, on what was previously a morning market cum open parking lot of the area.

Biji Living is going to be a home that will cater to families. The base of the development will consist of a 2-storey shopping mall, where the anchor tenant will be AEON Maxvalue. Biji Living will be unique as literally outside its doors will be the wet market. With the many public amenities available in the area, Biji Living makes for a very convenient home. Due to the convenience of its location, it is also expected that Biji Living will enjoy high rental yield.

Biji Living will consist of two blocks standing at 18 storeys and 19 storeys tall, which will house a total of 425 units. There will be homes of various layouts, ranging between 550 sf and 1,095 sf to cater to bachelors and families of all sizes. The commercial and home component will have separate entrances, with over 1000 parking bays at the development catering to both residents and visitors.

The homes at Biji Living are sold partially furnished with quality finishings. The doors are said to be made out of solid timber with chengal wood frames, and the floors of grain merbau timber. The kitchens are to be fully furnished with hood and hob and built-in kitchen cabinets, while the bathrooms are already equipped with rain showers and various quality furnishings.

The main selling point of Biji Living is its central location in an established neighbourhood. Located in the heart of Petaling Jaya, Biji Living is only 10 minutes away from New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE). Tropicana City Mall is also 10 minutes away only, while the ever popular 1 Utama Shopping Centre is only 20 minutes away. Public schools are aplenty in the area, and public transportation is only a short walk out to the main road.
