Setia City Residences is an epic development that is being eagerly awaited for in the prized township of Setia Alam. It is to be the first upmarket high rise development to ever be built in the town from the leading developer of SP Setia. Highly anticipated by home buyers and investors, Setia City Residences was very well received in the market. Setia City Residences will be a very strategically located home situated just next to the townships only shopping mall, Setia City Mall. There will also be the usual exercise facilities of swimming pool, gymnasium and yoga lawn.
As a development of SP Setia in the township of Setia Alam, future residents of Setia City Residences will naturally enjoy a comprehensive array of highways connecting them to the various suburbs of the Klang Valley. Connecting residents to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is the dedicated Setia Alam Highway where getting to Subang Jaya will take less than 30 minutes.
