Danau Perintis is a beautiful new condominium that is to be located in a scenery of fresh nature, surrounded by landed properties and overlooking lakes. The Guthrie Corridor Expressway is also easy to get to as is Kuala Lumpur–Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR). There is also the proposed DASH Expressway that is supposed to be built near Danau Perintis. All in all, Danau Perintis is a beatific home for those who work in the outskirts of the city and wish for a beautiful and affordable home from a leading developer.
