The Edge Residen which is otherwise called The Edge Residence @ USJ 1 by many is a very highly anticipated development located in the busy and bustling city of Subang. The Edge Residen is situated within a stone’s throw of USJ One Avenue next to Sungai Kelang in a quieter part of town. This is a project by Dergahayu, a renowned Malaysian developer who also developed Andari Townvillas and Gardenville Townvillas which its buyers had much complaints about their homes and the development itself.

Sitted on leasehold land in a popular neighbourhood, The Edge Residen is centrally located in the heart of Subang Jaya in one of the last few available plots of land. The development carries a residential title, and will consist of a sole block of 29 storeys. The density will be slightly on the higher side with a total of 447 units.

There will be a total of five different layouts at The Edge Residen ranging from between 647 sf and 1,008 sf. Type A and Type C will have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, while Type D and Type E will have three bedrooms. The 2-bedroom units will come with one complementary parking lot while the 3-bedroom units will have two complementary parking lots. Prices of The Edge Residen are also rather affordable with a launching price of RM431,000.

The Edge Residen will boast a limited but comprehensive array of facilities. In addition to the usual swimming pool and children’s pool, there will also be the barbecue area and multipurpose hall. There will also be a gymnasium on the grounds and retail outlets at the base of the serviced apartments. Busy parents will appreciate the kindergarten that is being provided in The Edge Residen. The price of these facilities if RM0.35 psf exclusive of sinking fund.

Strategically located, The Edge Residen will enjoy convenient access to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE). The Federal Highway is also located nearby within a short drive of The Edge Residen.
