Nidoz Residences is a highly anticipated development located in Desa Petaling, an established township situated in a central location close to town. It is a product of a renowned developer who is specialised in creating high quality and luxury products that have always been a big hit the market. Of some of their more popular projects is Twin Arkz at Bukit Jalil, and Petalz on Old Klang Road. Nidoz Residences is one of their forays into Desa Petaling, which as been receiving good response from buyers.

Nidoz Residences will be built over 7.8 acres of land, with a total of 1300 units. There will be a total of four towers, all standing at 40 storeys tall, with 320 units to a tower. There are only two layouts for buyers to choose from, but the layouts are well designed to be large and spacious without the odd nook and cranny.

The units are sized at either 1,219 sf or 1,403 sf with either 4+1 or 5 bedrooms. Every unit will come with two parking lots. As expected from a renowned developer, prices of the homes at Nidoz Residences are catered more towards the upmarket with a starting launch price of RM609,500.

The facilities that are being being provided at Nidoz Residences are very attractive and comprehensive. For health enthusiasts especially, Nidoz Residences offers an indoor badminton court, indoor half basketball court, outdoor half basketball court and extreme park for their enjoyment. Of the other unusual facilities there is the lily & heliconia garden, hibiscus garden and orchard garden. There is also the water splash play area, 600 mm wading pool and 300 mm wading pool for toddlers while adults have a 50 metre sky pool. There are many other facilities at Nidoz Residences which guarantees much interest from youngsters and adults alike such as the urban farm and dance zone.

Getting to Nidoz Residences will is convenient from all directions with its easy access to highways. The development itself is situated next to the Seremban Highway, and getting to the Sungei Besi Highway, Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), Maju Expressway (MEX) and New Pantai Expressway (NPE) is extremely easy from Nidoz Residences.
