Residensi Suasana is another development from MK Land, a renowned Malaysian developer who has several noteworthy projects in the country. Mainly focusing on high end developments in upmarket neighbourhoods, Residensi Suasana is located in Damansara Damai with good accessibility to town and major highways.

Meticulously planned to be a green development with nature within its grounds, Residensi Suasana is beautifully planned with contemporary architecture. Spanning 6.56 acres of leasehold land, the density of living here is on the lower side, featuring only 780 units of homes. According to the developers, there will be eleven layouts of homes to choose from, ranging between 1,105 sf and 1,451 sf. The homes will be very spacious, housing between two or three bedrooms.

The facilities that are provided at Residensi Suasana are family themed with entertainment for all ages. A swimming pool and wading pool is provided as is the usual barbecue area and gymnasium. There will also be half a basketball court, and volleyball court. There will be a nursery room for toddlers, a children pool for the slightly older children and a tadika for early education.

Residensi Suasana is said by the developer to be situated in one of the most sought-after location in Petaling Jaya with convenient access to highways. Connecting residents to major suburbs is the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and New Pantai Expressway (NPE). There is also convenient access to the North-South Highway and the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), of which with the latter residents are able to get to Mont Kiara, Bandar Utama and Subang easily.

Of the many amenities situated within a stone’s throw of Residensi Suasana is the popular 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Ikano Power Centre and Centrepoint. The closest hypermarket is Tesco Extra, while schools and other public amenities are aplenty the vicinity including public transportation. There will be an MRT close to the area, and Residensi Suasana is also easily access by taxis and busses.
