Residensi Suasana is another development from MK Land, a renowned Malaysian developer who has several noteworthy projects in the country. Of the many amenities situated within a stone’s throw of Residensi Suasana is the popular 1 Utama Shopping Centre, Ikano Power Centre and Centrepoint. The closest grocery store is Hero Market @ Plaza Park Avenue, while schools and other public amenities are aplenty within the vicinity, including public transportation. There will be an MRT station close to the area, and Residensi Suasana is also easily accessible via taxis and busses.
