Q SOVO is a development of Small office Versatile office (SoVo) in the upcoming township of Bandar Sri Permaisuri. It is designed to be a high frontage commercial development which will serve the robust and matured population of Bandar Sri Permaisuri. The density of the development is low, acquiring much interest in the launching phase of the project.

Sitting on leasehold and commercial titled land, Q SOVO will carry a total of only 189 units. These limited units will be housed within a single block of 12 storeys, with every unit coming with a minimum of one parking lot. There will be only two layouts of Q SOVO, with a typical unit, which are the intermediate units, sized at 480 sf while the corner units are sized at 646 sf. The development is located literally beside a mini stadium and is only a stone’s throw from the popular mamak stall Murni Discovery. Q SOVO is also surrounded by numerous residential high rises, old and new. The closest medical healthcare centre to Q SOVO is Pusat Perubatan Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia which is only minutes away.

Getting to Q SOVO is fairly convenient with a multitude of highways serving the area. Aside from being situated close to KTM train stations, Q SOVO will also have convenient accessibility to the Besraya Expressway and the East–West Link Expressway. By utilising the main trunk road of Jalan Loke Yew, residents of Q SOVO will also be able to get to the Kuala Lumpur city centre in less than 20 minutes in clear traffic.
