Atria was a once popular shopping mall in the 1990s, when major shopping malls were a rarity in Malaysia. As time caught up with the mall and modernisation within the mall and management did not happen fast enough, the mall has now been bought over and is being rebuilt into a new shopping mall cum commercial centre.

This new development will also be named Atria as to keep the popularity of a name that is already well renowned, but will boast brand new Small office Flexible office (SoFo) suites connected to a rebuilt and upgraded Atria shopping mall to better suit the modern world.

The SOHO suites are nicely designed, complete with the basic facilities. There's a gym, swimming pool, and nice rooftop garden to relax at. Plenty of eating places available and banks nearby at the shoplots, but connectivity to Atria mall is the best.
