Rencana Royale is a project that is technically located in Taman Tun Dr Ismail (TTDI), within Kampung Sungai Penchala. It is situated behind LX Mode in TTDI, before the T-junction of the mosque. Rencana Royale is a project that is built on Malay reserved land, and is hence only open for sale to Malay buyers.

    @alicelow927  As it is built on Malaysia reserve land, we are only able to sell to Malay and not bumis, all unsold units will have to still be sold to Malay.
