Sierra 6 is a collection of beautiful landed properties located in the esteemed township of 16 Sierra, from the leading Malaysian developers of IOI Properties. The development’s name is derived from the 15 thematic gardens and a Central Park that meander through the development, giving residents the ambience of living in a large garden.

All around the house, the ceilings are high to enhance thermal comfort, where residents will feel cool and cosy at all times in their homes.

These homes are priced from RM1,103,220. Sierra 6 is an exceptionally low density development, with a total of only 217 units, offering an ambience of peace and privacy. There are numerous mature and established townships surrounding Sierra 6 with the likes of Subang Jaya, Putrajaya, Seri Kembangan, and Shah Alam, just to name a few. These townships are bustling with a plethora of amenities, giving residents of Sierra 6 more selection of places to go to.
