However, buses are not easily available near Suria Vista, with the nearest bus stop located about 10 to 15 minutes away in Tingkat Paya Terubong 4 and Tingkat Paya Terubong 2. Those who drive, however, can easily connect to other places through main roads surrounding the development like Jalan Paya Terubong and Lebuhraya Thean Teik.
Schools in the vicinity of Suria Vista include Asrama Paya Terubong, SJK (C) Kong Min, in Air Itam and SK Seri Relau in Jalan Paya Terubong. There is an Econsave, Sunshine supermarket and night market in the neighbouring Farlim area, which will be useful for grocery shopping, in addition to other shops, clinics and eateries in Paya Terubong and other nearby towns.
