The Pasir Gudang Highway is also reachable, leading to the industrial town. With that, the JB city centre is approximately 30 minutes away. Pasir Gudang is also about the same distance away, while Senai is roughly 25 minutes’ drive from the township.

The eco setia cascadia-Aspen really doesnt worth price and it leaks. The house renovation need to have approval from the commitee. The commitee and management arent good as before and even have 2 security guard house but still have few break-in.
