The Haute is a low density luxury condominium located in Kampung Dato Keramat, right next to the city centre of Kuala Lumpur. The condominium is expected to be completed by the year 2019, and will have one tower with 36 storeys consisting of 274 units. The Haute is close to the KPJ Ampang Puteri Specialist, which is only a 5-minutes drive away.
The Haute is located within the vicinities of the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF) building, and a handful of commercial hubs where restaurants, convenenience stores, banks, and more can be found. Educational institutions that are nearby include SK and SMK Padang Tembak, which are a 10 minutes' drive away, as well as University Teknologi Malaysia, which is about a 6-minutes drive away. The Haute is also 5 minutes away from 3 Light Rapid Transit (LRT) stations, which are Dato’ Keramat, Jelatek, and Damai.
There are 3 major highways which are easily accessible from The Haute, including the Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), the Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (DUKE), and the Ampang Elevated Highway (AKLEH). Although these 3 major highways are rather congested most of the time, the amount of public transportation within the area weigh out the option to drive, and is a cheaper way to travel within the city and beyond.
