Suria Putra is a whole new serviced residence located in Bukit Rahman Putra, expected to be completed by 2018. Quietly located beside the entrance of Rahman Putra Golf Club, this development is surrounded by prestigious landed residential areas such as Ascott Hill and lush green views of the golf club.

Suria Putra is a low density development with only 486 units. These units sprawl across one L-shaped block of 25 floors. The first floor will comprise of 10 units of shop-lots, while the second to the sixth floor will comprise a multi-level carpark. Residential units will start from the seventh floor onwards.

The units here comes with 4 different layouts, ranging from sizes between 881 sf and 1,121 sf. This freehold development however holds a commercial title, which translates to higher utility rates. The serviced residence units are however protected under the Housing Development Act (HDA). Surrounded by the 279-acre Rahman Putra Golf Club, residents of selected units will get to enjoy gorgeous green views of the 36-hole golf course. The Rahman Putra Golf Club also touts a clubhouse and many other sports facilities of high standards.

Other than that, within Suria Putra itself are also a number of facilities available. The closest hypermarket to Suria Putra will be The Store. Nearby schools include Sekolah Kebangsaan Bukit Rahman Putra, Sekolah Menengah Bandar Baru Sungai Buloh and ELC International School, while the closest medical centre will be the Sungai Buloh Hospital and ParkCity Medical Centre.

Despite being located within a serene landscape, Suria Putra is well connected via several major highways. The list of nearby highways include Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Guthrie Corridor Highway (GCE). By utilizing these highways, residents get to enjoy excellent accessibility to nearby townships like Bandar Sri Damansara, Kota Damansara, Kepong, Bandar Menjalara and Bandar Utama.
