Iltizam is one of the numerous residential developments located in the township of Alam Sari. It is a township that is also known as the "Neighbourhood of Academia", as it has a number of higher education institutions and research centres located nearby. Alam Sari is hence believed to be a suitable place of accommodation for students, professors and researchers. With fairly large built-up areas as compared to other residential developments in this township, this collection of residential units also caters to growing families.
Despite the initial hype and popularity over the project, there were many complaints about the quality of the Iltizam project from buyers upon its completion. There were many complaints about its poor workmanship, causing many buyers to express their regret on purchasing these homes.
