Maplé is a paradise of nature located north of Shah Alam, and is better known to be located in Puncak Alam, a township in Kuala Selangor. It is however literally located north of Shah Alam, and is a short 20 kilometre drive to Shah Alam. Maplé touts a quiet neighbourhood of serenity with a relatively low density, providing privacy and peace to its residents.

The main selling point of Maple would be its 35-acre forest park which is located in the middle of the neighbourhood and a 16-acre Central Lake Park. With nature being central to this development, there is also a Linear Park and Neighbourhood Park within the development. Maplé will be located just next to the Central Lake Park.

There will be a total of only 490 units of double storey terrace homes at the Maplé development, with launch prices ranging between RM580,000 and RM895,000. The sizes of homes here are spacious at between 1,554 sf and 1,816 sf. The corner lots are sized at 1,816 sf, while the intermediate lots, mid end lots and end lots are sized at 1,554 sf. Every home will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, while the corner lots will be privy to a small patch of garden by the side of their houses.

Nestled within their private enclave, the residents of Maplé will have myriad facilities that will encourage outdoor activities. Within the 35-acre Forest Park will be a picnic area, viewing deck, football field, mountain bike track and a giant playground with a maze.

Within the 16-acre Central Park which neighbours Maplé will be a Garden Walk, Children Adventure Play Area, Camping Court, Open Lawn, another football field and a meditation area. Situated in the Linear Park will be the barbecue area, while the Maplé Neighbourhood Park will have a Basketball Court, Playground, Reflexology area and multipurpose area.

Although Maplé seems to be far from town, residents of Maplé will actually be within proximity to a Tesco and Econsave hypermarket and numerous highways. The Kuala Lumpur-Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR) is only 10 minutes away, while the Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE) is 12 kilometres away. Only slightly further away is the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) and Federal Highway at between 22 and 24 kilometres. If the proposed Damansara - Shah Alam Expressway (DASH) is approved, its access point will be only 3 kilometres away from Maplé.
