Bandar Tasik Kesuma is a highly anticipated upcoming township in Semenyih, spanning over 1,000 acres of land, housing a total of 7,810 homes. These homes were very well received, due to their affordable prices, large built-ups and convenient accessibility. One of its latest additions include Gallery Homes, a mixed development within the township.
One of the few developments within the town is Almas, a low-density project consisting of just 72 semi-detached units that have built-ups of 2,595 sf and comes with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Alpinia, on the other hand, is a neighbourhood that has terrace units sized from 1,098 sf. There is also a high density, low-cost apartment in the form of Baiduri Apartment, that has 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units that range from 700 sf in size. The township, which focuses heavily on residential units provides a conducive living environment to the mass, particularly towards families.
The typical facilities that can be found within Bandar Tasik Kesuma are the central parks, some equipped with jogging paths, and a children’s playground set. On top of that, most homes in the town have a large allowance of space which residents can take advantage of to include their own set of facilities.
The township itself is rather self-sustaining, with the amount of commercial hubs scattered around it. However, it is also close to a few other towns which will be able to supply alternatives to its natives. The Semenyih town centre is just a short drive away, where tenants can find restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, workshops, service centres, and more. The town centre is also where Tesco Semenyih can be found.
Investors can consider converting their units to become student accommodations, with the Nottingham University Malaysia Campus nearby. One can also carry out recreational activities, such as hiking, at the nearby Broga Hill, a famous hiking landmark among locals.
Bandar Tasik Kesuma can be easily accessed via Jalan Semenyih, which stretches through the whole district. Subsequently, residents can also connect to Negeri Sembilan with the LEKAS Highway located just nearby.
