For its serviced residences, there are 5 layouts for buyers to choose from. Type A1 and A2 are 1 bedroom units with a built-up of 603 sf. Type B1, B2 and B3, on the other hand, are the 2 bedroom units which comes with 2 bathrooms. B1 and B2 have the same built-up of 872 sf, while B3 is the largest unit at 904 sf. The units have a launched price in between RM671,800 to RM1,156,980, and would be a suitable buy for working adults, and even small to medium-sized families.

In terms of its facilities, Oasis Rio covers most of its residents' daily needs. For wellness, there will be a sauna, swimming pool, gymnasium, and a reflexology path. There is also a reading room for those who want a little escape. Parents need not worry as there will be a daycare centre located in the building, where they can send their kids to. Oasis Rio's strategic location enjoys easy access to Jalan Lapangan Terbang Subang, which allows residents to travel to Subang Airport, Shah Alam, as well as other parts of Petaling Jaya with ease. In addition, it also has access to the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP), and the Federal Highway.
