Nautilus @ D'Island, located in the D’Island township development in Puchong, Selangor, is a multi-phase collection of 2- and 3-storey superlink homes inspired by light-infused, contemporary Nordic designs and lifestyles.

The first phase of Nautilus consists of 3-storey superlink homes that emphasize on security and sustainability, with features like solar panels, alarms and intercom systems. The homes have a spacious gross built-up of 4,246 sf to 4,791 sf. The master bedroom is on the 2nd floor, with the bedroom on the 1st floor replaced by a studio space with sliding doors that lead to a spacious deck.

Nautilus 2 on the other hand is an exclusive series of 2-storey superlink homes that vary from 3,042 sf to 3,951 sf. Angular and linear lots (with even the smallest lot measuring a lengthy 24 ft x 100 ft) are surrounded by expanses of greenery, keeping with the island resort concept of D’Island residences.

The efficient layouts of the Nautilus 2 homes incorporate 4+2 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Each home is designed with a wide backyard on the ground floor and balcony on the first floor, allowing dwellers to entertain and relax outdoors, making the most of the quiet environs and the breeze from the lakes surrounding all D’Island residences.

While the home’s communal spaces are delightfully open, the private spaces are clearly demarcated to enhance the impression of intimacy and privacy. All the bedrooms on the first floor all come with their own attached bathrooms. Also, the split-level design on the first floor creates a slight separation between the master bedroom and other spaces.

Schools, hospitals and shopping complexes in the vicinity are also aplenty.

Transport-wise for Nautilus, highways like Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and the Damansara-Puchong Expresswy (LDP) are readily accessible, and the Kuala Lumpur city centre is just about 40 minutes away by the Maju Expressway (MEX).
