The Sanctuary is a collection of resort-like landed homes located in Batu Uban, Penang. The Magnifique units are sized between 4,900 sf to 6,200 sf while the Glamourette from 3,526 sf to 4,200 sf. Each unit is finished with premium fittings, and teak flooring, with a porch large enough to park 5 vehicles.
Though amenities are not available within immediate proximity of The Sanctuary, a short drive will take residents the towns of Sungai Dua, Sungai Nibong and Bayan Baru nearby, where commercial hubs, malls and more are within reach. Queensbay Mall is also not too far away, just under 10 minutes’ drive. Commercial hubs like Bayan Bay and Krystal Point, along with both a Tesco and Tesco hypermarkets are also about the same distance away.
The Sanctuary also suitable for families, with a wide choice of schools nearby. These include SK Sungai Gelugor, SMJK (C) Phor Tay, SRJK (C) Keong Hoe, Kwang Hwa Primary School, and Shih Chung Primary School (branch).
Located in Batu Uban, close to Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah and the Tun Dr. Lim Chong Eu Expressway, as well as the first Penang bridge and Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), accessibility is a double-edged sword for The Sanctuary. Traffic can get congested throughout Batu Uban during peak hours. At other times, The Sanctuary is just under 10 minutes from the Bayan Lepas industrial zone, while Georgetown is approximately 20 minutes away.
