One @ Bukit Ceylon is a serviced residence located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Developed and completed in 2013 by UOA Development Bhd, it has now become a sought after hotel suite in the city.

There are 354 units in the one-tower building, and it is split into 4 types of units, Type A, B, C and D. Type A and D are the smaller units, with built ups of 411 sf and 453 sf respectively, they come with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Type B and C are the larger units, both coming with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with built-up areas of 930 sf and 769 sf respectively.

There are a number of luxury facilities to be offered to tenants of One @ Bukit Ceylon. An infinity pool has been installed so that tenants can enjoy a scenic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. For the urban partygoers, the serviced residence is just a 2-minute walk away to Changkat Bukit Bintang, home to many of the town’s hottest bars and clubs. An 11-minute walk will tenants to the shopping district of Kuala Lumpur, where Pavilion, Lot 10, Fahrenheit 88 and Sungei Wang Plaza are all located. The serviced residence is also located just 10 minutes away from Berjaya Time Square by car.
